One of the most controversial topics surrounding video games is the amount of violence in certain games, and whether this is appropriate for children or teens.  This list of violent video games is provided as a resource either for gamers who want action or role playing video games with violence, or for parents who want to keep violent games out of their kids’ hands.

Games features in this list of violent video games include only those games reviewed or featured on Game Room Reviews.  To include all video games with violence would be virtually impossible.  This is a resource for you to gather more insights from reviews to decide what games are appropriate or of interest to you.

To be included in this list, the video game must be Rated T or M for Violence, or be an especially violent video game not rated for that particular reason.
